Event bookings that stop repeating the same conversation
Necta runs mobile juice bars at weddings, corporate events and pop-ups. Most of the work used to be answering the same questions. The site answers them first and asks for the brief.
The client
Necta Experience creates fresh juice experiences for events across Nigeria, from weddings and corporate functions to pop-ups. It sells on fresh ingredients, event expertise, custom packages and reliable, on-time service.
What the site had to do
- The three event types separated, since a wedding and a corporate pop-up are different briefs
- Photography, because this is bought on how it will look on the day
- Social proof, as event suppliers are chosen on reputation
- A quote request that captures the brief instead of starting phone tag
What we built
1
Three formats, costed as packages. Weddings and Events, Mobile Juice Bar and Pop-Up Experiences each set out on their own, so an enquiry arrives already knowing roughly what it is asking for.
2
A gallery, because this is a visual purchase. The bar, the setup and the service photographed, which is what a couple or an events manager is actually buying.
3
Testimonials next to the ask. Client feedback placed beside the quote request rather than buried on its own page, where it does no work.
4
A quote request that takes the brief. A Request a Quote form capturing the event details up front, plus WhatsApp and direct lines for people who would rather talk.
5
The four reasons to choose them, stated. Fresh ingredients, event specialists, custom packages and reliable service, said plainly instead of left to be inferred.
What the site does now
- Separates weddings, mobile bar and pop-up into distinct packages
- Shows the setup, which is what clients are buying
- Puts testimonials beside the quote request
- Captures the event brief in the form
- Offers WhatsApp and direct lines as alternatives
